Your door system
has been talking.
Now you’ll hear it.
GateSignal reads the access-control system you already own and sends what matters — door forced, unknown card, controller offline — straight to your team’s WhatsApp. Then it answers questions about it. No new hardware. No change to your system.

The system is installed. Nobody is listening.
Access control is very good at recording what happened, and very bad at telling anyone.
The events go nowhere
A door forced at 2am. An unknown card at the back gate. It is all faithfully recorded in the controller’s database — where nobody is watching.
Nobody logs into the dashboard
Another login, another tab, another thing to remember. Your site supervisor is not opening a security dashboard. They are on WhatsApp, all day.
The notification module costs extra
If the vendor offers alerts at all, they are a licensed add-on or a forklift upgrade. The hardware you bought is fine. It just cannot talk.
Three moving parts, none of them yours
- 1
A read-only connector
A small connector runs on the system’s own server — or on a mini-PC we supply. It reads the event database and nothing else. Outbound HTTPS only: no inbound ports, no VPN, no change to your access control.
- 2
Rules, not noise
Routine taps are logged, not broadcast. Exceptions get pushed — forced door, door held open, unknown card, controller offline — with de-duplication and cooldown, so one stuck door does not fire two hundred messages.
- 3
It lands in WhatsApp
Alerts arrive in the site’s own group chat, seconds after the event. No app to install, no account to create, no dashboard to check. Your team is already there.
Installation is a remote session, not a site shutdown. Nothing is written back to the access-control system — GateSignal reads, and only reads.
Ask it a question. It answers in the group.
Alerts tell you when something breaks. The assistant answers the questions you have the rest of the day — without anyone opening a dashboard.
No new interface
It lives in the same group the alerts land in. Mention it, and it replies.
Read-only, by design
It can tell you what happened. It cannot unlock a door, change an access right, or write anything back — and it will say so if you ask.
Per site, not per company
Each group only ever sees its own site. Nothing crosses between customers.

One layer. Every system you already installed.
Access control is where we started, not where it stops. Each new module lands in the same group chat, with the same assistant.

Sell the intelligence layer on top of everything you install.
You already installed the hardware, and you own the customer relationship. GateSignal is the software you can offer on top of it — without hiring a software team.
Your brand, your customer
Co-branded or fully white-labelled. You hold the contract, you set the end-user price, we stay behind you.
Wholesale per site
You buy at wholesale and sell at your rate. The margin is yours, on hardware you have already been paid for.
Recurring, not one-off
A monthly service on your installed base — revenue that does not require another site visit or another tender.
We do software, you do sites
We run the platform, the connector and the assistant, and back you with second-line support. You keep doing what you already do well.
Bring GateSignal to your installed base
Tell us what systems you install and where. We’ll show you GateSignal running on a live access-control site, and map what a pilot would look like on one of yours.
